There is a custom loadout trader at any safe zone. There you can save the gear you are currently wearing to make re-buying it much quicker the next time. Just go up to the trader with what you want to save. Enter a name at the bottom left and save it.

Earn respect to find out. There's currently no 100% accurate list. Tiers 1-5: sidearm, as you progress through it you get more attachments. Tiers 6-9: mp5k, as you progress you get more attachments. Tier 10: AEK suppressed with RCO > Thanks to Joel on Discord. Rank 9 and 10 you can spawn with a full ghillie That's a pretty rough estimate of what you get.

I recommend not landing or storing helicopters on wood or even concrete floors. They do have a tendency to explode a majority of the time.
