Campers gonna camp. It's a legitimate strategy. Best thing to do is complete missions with a group to limit the chance of being killed and losing all the gear. Alternatively, you can camp the mission yourself and hopefully reap all the spoils.

40 fps is better than 30 fps. Lower your view distance as Jimlad said and make sure your terrain detail is set to low or very low in the xm8. That should help.

That's what the xm8 app does and everyone seemed to like that. No one likes offline raiding. Plus it does a whole lot more than just telling you when you are being raided. You can pay for your territory, upgrade it, add players to it etc... You can also gamble all your money away.

To use the placeable fuel pump at your base you need to be inside the vehicle drivers seat, look at the fuel pump and scroll.
