100+ territories on either server you chose to play on. You might be too picky with your location choices. Most of the blocked off areas are blocked for the reason of allowing loot to spawn and keeping things fair for everyone.

You cannot gain rights to someone's base. If a flag is stolen and not restored after 2 days the codes reset to 0000 after 3 days the base is deleted. All this information can be found here:
