- The ability to change a doors PIN code without having to remove it.
- Variable Volume Changer. Find the keybinds in the infiSTAR KeyBinds menu. You may need to "Reset All" to be able to see them.

I can put a marker on the box that is local to the player so you can see where it unloaded.
Not a very good idea to have static spawn location for them since some vehicles can hold more than 1 and you can unload all at the same time.

It's cheaper to purchase a territory flag than it is a safe, and when you place the flag down you get a free safe with it. It's done to reduce lag. If solo players want to have a stash, make a small base using the parts given in the starter kit and that will be protected for 2 days.

- Max listing price of 150k on the Inmate Market to match the Inmate Account limit.
- Dying while in a vehicle will no longer eject your dead body from the vehicle.
- Any dead bodies in a vehicle that has been blown up will automatically be ejected.

Fixed:
- Dynamic missions spawning more than the set max.
- Dynamic missions now timeout if they are not completed within a certain amount of time.
- Vehicle Factory mission vehicle spawns.
Changed:
- Increased the chance of the Federal Reserve and Vehicle Factory missions spawning.
- The capturing player of a Capture Point will receive half the money on their player and the other half in the reward crate. (No need to drop and pickup the money. It saves instantly.)
- Instead of 2 crates as a Capture Point reward. You now get 1 crate and 1 random vehicle.

Territory Raid Mode Plus

Starting any kind of raid mechanic will set the territory into "Raid Mode". Meaning members of that territory cannot remove/move/place anything in their base for 20 minutes. Every raid action will reset the 20 minute timer.
- Placing a charge, starting a hack/grind, stealing a flag. If these actions are not done then the base owners are free to remove/move/replace anything they wish as their base is not being raided.
- If an enemy is in a territory after a restart, the base owners cannot remove/move/place anything for the first 5 minutes of the restart. Raiders have that amount of time to set the territory into "Raid Mode".

More ways to gain XP:
- Stealing Flags: Higher the flag level, the more XP you gain.
- Hacking Safes: Higher the safe level, the more XP you gain.
- Placing Breaching Charges: Concrete gives more than metal, metal gives more than wood.
- Quick Access button in the XM8. You can choose what app you want in the XM8 settings.
- Around 20 new dynamic missions.
- 2 new static missions. Different for each server. They have a low chance of spawning throughout a restart.
- More lockers to Zelenogorsk trader.
- AI have a chance of spawning with a Pumpkin hat. (Might be worth selling )

There is no restriction on using the Inmate Market. There is no reason for you not being able to open it.

Almost everything can be bought from one trader or another. I thought that was the point of the trader market, so that if you are able to get items from missions (or looting, but i never really did that) you could list them so players could have an option to buy them there cheaper than a regular trader's pricing. They saved a little and i made a little to pay off the risk i would take in getting the items. And on the flip side i received no respect from selling on the trader market so if money was a desire it was a good trade off.
We understand that it would be nice for everyone to sell whatever they want on there, but like Jimlad also mentioned is it causes the server to stutter a slight amount every time a change is made to Inmate Market's inventory. This is something we don't want to happen, and limiting it has seemed to help with those stutters.

9 times out of 10 if it lets you place down a flag then you're good to build there. Just make sure to follow the flag room rule if you plan on building in a existing structure.
