Thing is there was squads of Pawnee's flying around on Cherno it was getting abused alot, we have also upped the price of the Titan and Stinger launcher, the Stinger costs 40k to buy and 10k per rocket, the Titan is even more expensive, think it is 60k or something.

 

When stuff gets abused it gets adjusted.

Did a little testing with it in Armory and it works, but it seems awfully quiet for such a gun, so we did need to do more testing on it on a test server.

So i did a little testing with this MOD, seems like the m110 is removed from it and it gives alot of errors since it has not been updated in a good while, so i really doubt we can use this.

We have not given up to find a solution to it so dont worry

Thing is if you make it less lethal will it affect the Static one?

I am pretty sure the Gau-19 and Other heli's from that modpack never had third person crosshair like the Pawnee has, it still has the Screen one in first person, and as far as i remember that is how it has always been with them.

 

As for the Pook it still has Third Person crosshair but no First Person crosshair anymore for some reason.

 

I dont think adding Titans for people to run around with is a good idea, will ruin heli flying all together.

I do not know ACAB about Dynamic Loadouts for Vehicles i remember me and Sean looked into it before but we never did anything with it.

 

Thing is with Panther and Bobcats they are not meant to be driven around and be to OP on our servers that is why they are priced as high as they are, they are meant to be gotten as a Reward from CDF and Cargo Tower mission and Sold most of the time, that was their intention back in the day.

So with a few simple steps you may be able to improve your FPS in Arma 3, i have done this for a few people during my Arma time and for most it has made an increase of FPS and Smoothness in Arma, There are probably 100 more things you can do that i wont list in this guide. 

 

Step 1: Download and Run https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

 

Step 2: Download and Run http://www.coderbag.com/assets/downloads/cpm/currentversion/QuickCpuSetup.zip to unpark your cpu cores.

 

Step 3: Download and Run https://winaero.com/request.php?1796 Then Disable Cortana and Other Windows Features you do not need.

 

Step 4: Go into your Windows Control Panel and go to Power Options and set it to High Performance.

 

Step 5: Right Click on This Pc or what ever it is called in your installation language then go to Advanced System Settings then go to Advanced in the new Tab and Choose Best Performance Screenshot of how it should look is at this link: https://prnt.sc/j6x73t 

 

Step 6: Removed unnecessary programs from starting with Windows, this can be accomplished by Pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL and go into Task Managed and Then Startup and Then Select what programs you do not need to Start with Windows, This can be edited very easy later on as well.

 

Step 7: When you launch Arma 3 from either A3 Launcher or Arma 3 Launcher always remember to CLOSE them once your game starts to load, i have noticed a little difference with it running and not.

 

This is just a Simple Guide that may give you more FPS in Arma 3 but i cannot guarantee anything, there is some more steps that can be done in Graphics Settings as well, Turning everything to Low in Arma 3 will decrease the Performance and not Increase it, Most PC's are more happy with everything set to Standard og High, but this you have to test yourself (Depends alot on your Hardware Configuration)

 

Also if you have to possability to install Arma 3 on a SSD drive this very often increases FPS the most by as much as 15-30 FPS on Average .

I think it is something Bohemia has fucked up and we prob have to wait for a fix from them, removing HEAT is prob not a viable option as the HE is trash against anything.

While spectating a player on Cherno last night he shoot 3 rockets into a Bobcat at CDF before it blows also seen hunters die to 1 rocket as usual, so no idea where you got this information about, i'll go out in debug and test it a little later just to be 100% sure

All these you have linked there cannot be used, due to various reasons

Thing is it is not 90% who wants this, last time we did a vote it was about 50/50

10FPS is alot for players that play around 30-40 fps on avg, and when you go into bigger towns missions it is even worse for them, i can understand the issue with the hills and such, but you learn to adapt to them, when i played on Altis and Panthera i had the same issues but i learnt to adapt to it.

Extended Basemod is removed and wont be added to Abramia, due to the ammount of glitchlogs it creates, if\when we wipe Cherno it is gonna be removed from that as well, and before everyone starts screaming about wipe

 

WE HAVE NO PLANS AT ALL TO WIPE IT!!!!

I remember we had the 580 inventory MAS backpack, did not remember anyone complaining then, but people complained when it was gone so we made a new one and now ppl complain about that... and ye the MAS RPG PACK was VERY small compared to these
