Add Morning to Dusk/Night Cycle

Adding this will make the game feel a lot more dynamic and a lot less static.

If you make it so it's dark but enough to see long distances, like a nice sunset or something like that, it just adds a lot to the game!

We have tried this out in the past multiple times, and the majority of the players on the server are against it so its likely not to be implemented on the servers.
