Spawning on side of hill when loading in then kicked out?

As the title says, when I start loading into the server I make it all the way through then I see the side of a hill and then am automatically kicked out of the server with no message and appear back at the server browser in Arma. Any help would be appreciated.

Please tell us abit more about your PC specs and where you live and so on.
