I figured it out after looking into your directions and guess what....I didn't have a workshop folder at all. Reinstalled Arma, workshop downloaded properly and worked like a charm. Thanks

CBA appears to be a workshop mod. I verified the file through A3 launcher. Apparently have everything else. Any help here? thx
