for some reason it is showing me 0 players and locked, i keep getting kicked when i join by the admin

but the server yesterday was not locked, i was able to play on it and now i need to pay to join it ?

i keep getting kicked each time i try to join the server (185.38.148.136:2302), asking me to reserve a slot, how can i do that ?
