Your flag must be accessible at the bottom. The Entire Thicker part of the flag must be visible when placed. You can cover the flag with any destructible object. It can not be placed inside a tree or wall of a building on the map.
I think this rule is bad, you'r flag should not be covered with destructible object because it makes raid impossible because you can't put a big mamma on the corner of a floor/wall, and if you want to start from top to bottom to destroy all of them it will take you so much time and big mamma that feel retarded.
