The way it works is that it spawns facing north and level, Also a pos fix for this is that cars / heils pulled out of a VG or on server restart are given god mode for 15 secs, but that may cause issues of its own, so when you make garage's face them due north and make sure the ground under the part or on the ground, is flat as it can be, wheel level at least(so your lower top rim is no higher then the front bottom rim)
