You have more players around the clock than you can actually support with the current slots, I believe that would be a great point to consider.

Not saying it's a bad thing, real nice that people enjoy the server, including my self.

Open a second chernarus server now when you are shutting Abramia down. 

Not sure what settings you have tweaked, but have your tried play around with the view distances settings in XM8 app? With that said I believe there is no fix, I think this is how the trees look in long distances to keep low performance on CP. But not sure.. might be wrong.
