How do you have diving flippers without the wetsuit? And do they work?

too op in my opinion. + the radius is massive even if it was smaller you could still spam them near a base and kill everyone inside.

They have already said this but they cant add rhs. From what i understand it has to do with their rules ( rhs) they wont allow them to use rhs on this server. 

Im pretty new to exile probably less than 100 hours(800 on arma 3 mostly roleplay). I can play every day .  Looking for a small group or other solo players.
