Changed: Loadout Trader backend remade. (Apologies but all saved loadouts have been deleted due to a new saving method) Better server side performance. Quicker loading of your saved loadouts. Maximum amount of loadouts that can be saved increased from 10 to 30. Added some missing Black Market items to the blacklist so they can't be saved - Thanks to @VetalR

its really not! Shooting or scouting within the radius of any territory (even if it doesn't belong to you) into a spawn zone or any kind of trader is not allowed.
