Added: XP System kits in the kit selection menu at spawn. - Thanks to @Rosco Coltrane (Everyone's purchased perks have been reset and all perk points refunded!) Changed: You can no longer explode C4 while dead. You cannot throw C4 while in any territory. A temporary change while a fix is in the works for a bug.
